LOW INCOME

Citizens Telephone Company, as part of its obligation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier, offers a low income assistance program. This program, Lifeline Assistance, is offered to eligible telephone subscribers within the Citizens Telephone Company Exchanges.
 

Lifeline Assistance
is a retail service offering which provides low income subscribers with reduced monthly charges for certain limited telephone services.
